Viterbo University announces its inaugural Franciscan CORE event, Jun 11-16, 2017.  This five-day summer service camp for rising 10th, 11th, and 12 graders offers education, experience, and reflection on social justice using St. Francis of Assisi as a model for living a life of service.  Franciscan CORE seeks to develop empathetic and grounded leaders for the world and the Church through Compassion for those on the margins, Outreach to those in need, Reflection on God’s call, and Experience of community and service.  Do not miss this unique and important experience.  Register now at www.viterbo.edu/franciscan-core.

Putting on the Whole Armour of God

Our soon to be companion synod, the Evangelical Church of the Czech Brethren (ECCB), has invited us to send participants to their 11th  International Camp, July 15-23, 2017. It will be held at a beautiful retreat center in Herlikovice, Czech Republic under the theme, “Putting on the Whole Armour of God.” Participants can look forward to cultural sharing, learning others’ languages, sports and Bible study.
