Reaching Out to Share Christ with All
Halfway Creek Lutheran Church will be bell ringing for the Salvation Army the week of November 28th! All shifts are two hours at Festival Foods in Holmen. There is a minimum of two people required for each shift. Families are encouraged to sign up together.

Halfway Choir will begin rehearsing on Wednesday, November 2nd for our annual music ministry Sunday which is December 18th. If you are interested in singing, please contact Lynn Wegner at lwegner2005@yahoo.com so she can order enough music.

A youth meeting will be held November 13th in the youth room at noon following the Consecration Meal.

We will bless our hunters at the 10 am service on November 13th so wear your blaze orange or camouflage to church.

On Sunday, November 13th we will have ONE WORSHIP SERVICE at 10:00 a.m. followed by the Consecration Sunday Celebration Meal.

All Saints Sunday on November 6 provides an opportunity to give thanks for all the faithful saints – those who have gone before us and those still living. As part of our commemoration, we mark two anniversaries – those who have been baptized into the communion of saints during this past year as well as those who have passed on and have entered into life with Christ. Please plan to attend this special service.

We will be celebrating the festival of Reformation at both services on Sunday, October 30th.

We will be having a noisy offering for local and national flood relief at all services on Sunday, October 23 & Sunday, October 30th. So bring your loose change to make a joyful noise and make a different in the lives of others in need.

Now that we have this lovely new building, we need to make sure we have a well-stocked property team. If you like buildings, or some parts of them, and you like good company, please consider joining this team. We need your observations, wisdom, and talents to help us settle in better and stay well cared for. Join us by being good stewards of this place. And the company is good besides.
